Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness.
- Provides troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.
- Collaborates with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience.
- Coordinates the daily/weekly zone workload and assigns tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc.
- Supports the store team in areas such as customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.
- Trains, coaches, plans, monitors, and appraises results to drive productivity.
- Leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience.
- Processes freight, sorts, and stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance.
Qualifications And Competencies
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Background Check will be completed.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
- Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Can lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
- Has the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, bend, climb, and reach at times.
- Works independently and within a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Behaves ethically and honestly, creating a sense of urgency, promoting teamwork, and motivating self and team.
- Handles multiple tasks with shifting priorities, demonstrating flexibility and creativity.
