As the full-time Operations Lead at New Era’s soon-to-open NYC Flagship Store in SoHo, you will ensure the back-end of the store operates seamlessly, from inventory process to security protocols, so the team can focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for operations, balancing keyholder responsibilities with a focus on maintaining the operational excellence that defines New Era.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and stockroom organization
• Execute store opening and closing procedures, including activating/deactivating alarms and performing end-of-day cash reconciliation
• Perform regular store maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning, to maintain a welcoming store environment
• Maintain productivity and performance expectations as outlined by store leadership
• Support in-store initiatives related to brand activations, community events, and high-traffic retail operations
• Lead inventory counts and assist in replenishment to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shrink
• Ensure stockroom is organized and accessible, supporting efficient restocking and product location
• Assist with merchandising updates, product launches and floor set execution
