Operations Intern (Vendor Acquisition)

About the role

Your main task is to guide clients every step of the way and make sure they have a pleasant experience with SweetEscape. You will represent the brand throughout your interactions with clients, online and offline. You are excited at moving a mile a minute and are comfortable in an “all hands-on deck” environment. The clients' happiness and satisfaction is your number one priority.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new photographers in new and existing cities to make sure all destinations are covered
• Assign and set schedule for photographers according to clients’ booking orders
• Provide feedback to photographers on a regular basis
• Inform photographers of new programs/training sessions to keep photographers up to date on company regulations and initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
• Able to multi-task, work with priorities, and effective time management
• Interview skills
