Job Purpose Opportunity to develop your operations skills by supporting the Herc Rentals Ancillary Revenue and Damage teams. What you will do... Learn about ancillary product offerings and how they impact company performanceLearn how the ancillary products are built, maintained and charged in the company’s point of sale systemAssist with processing Rental Protection Plan (RPP) claims Aid in management of the RPP Salesforce inbox including training requests, product questions and reporting needsContribute to the testing and assessment of various systems and enhancementsUse Qlik and Salesforce reporting to track customer damage and provide damage analysisAid in change management and training the field in claims workflow application Support broader ancillary projects and other ad hoc requests Requirements Currently enrolled at a college or university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree and are in your Junior or Senior yearMicrosoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communicationHighly organized and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAptitude for quickly learning new software systems (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools) Interest or experience in claims processing, training, or change management is a plus Req #: 72438 Pay Range: $20.00 per hour Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
