About the role

The Operations Finance Analyst supports financial performance and business growth by delivering financial analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. This role partners with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, improve reporting processes, advance automation initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and enable data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support.
• Analyze financial performance and support compliance oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic business decisions.
• Enhance and automate financial reporting processes.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and support process improvements.
• Deliver accurate financial analysis and insights that support business growth.
• Support ongoing Finance and Operations initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Strong presentation and English communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Commitment to integrity and professional ethics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes and SOX compliance.
• Experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Hyperion.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Background in process improvement and stakeholder management.
• Professional accounting qualifications or progress toward a relevant certification.

Pay

Estimated annual salary range for this position in North Carolina: $50,000–$64,500. Eligible for a variable annual bonus based on performance and company policy.
