About the role
Lithia & Driveway is one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive retailers in North America, with 400-450 dealerships across the U.S., U.K., and Canada, providing customers a seamless online and in-store experience. The Operations Development Program at Suburban Mazda of Troy offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!)
- Dive into core dealership operations with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I
- Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
- Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments
- Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
- Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential
Requirements
- An associate’s degree (or higher)

Pay
The full salary range for this position begins at $60,000 during the 3-month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance. This is based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
