Position Overview Safely drive a class B or C vehicle, not requiring a CDL, to regularly perform deliveries to support customer purchases. Recover used batteries, perform customer installations, and maintain/replenish consignment products. Execute warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, and battery charging or reconditioning. Provide a positive customer experience and sell goods on the retail showroom floor, or via phone and email. Ensure the proper materials are on hand, and that tools and equipment are in good working order. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working elsewhere in a Driver, Warehouse Associate, or Retail capacity, or minimum 1 year of internal company experience. AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred. Motor vehicle record (MVR) with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years. Advanced knowledge of courteous and safe driving procedures, including forklift and manual pallet jack operation. General knowledge of HAZCOM safety procedures, DOT/HOS requirements, and inventory tracking. Working Conditions Commonly scheduled as an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Saturday. Non-stationary position working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
