Operations - Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate I (DOT Med Card Needed!)

About the Role

We are hiring for a hybrid role that consists of 75% driving and 25% warehouse environment work. Enjoy a highly stable schedule of Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week (commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM). Best of all, you will be home every night and on the weekends!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive a class B or C vehicle (no CDL required, over 10,001lbs GVWR) to perform regular deliveries.
• Deliver products, perform customer battery installations, recover used batteries, and replenish customer consignments.
• Perform warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, and reconditioning used batteries.
• Ensure proper, accurate, and safe stocking of the vehicle while planning efficient routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a positive-relations-builder with clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) rules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (3.0 or higher GPA preferred).
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Minimum of 3 years of a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years).
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling tools (manual pallet jack, dollies, forklifts) and follow safe work habits.
• Physical resilience to work in non-temperature-controlled environments and safely lift products weighing up to 125 lbs (and participate in group lifts for heavier weight).
