Operations Coordinator Intern
Requirements
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint required.
PREFERRED: Experience with SurveyMonkey, Smartsheet, and Zoom.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects forward by coordinating timelines, deliverables, action items, and follow-up.
- Partner with leadership on research, reporting, data analysis, presentations, and operational priorities.
- Build and maintain trackers, tools, workflows, and systems that make work easier and more efficient.
- Identify process gaps and help develop practical solutions and improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to solve problems, communicate priorities, and implement initiatives.
- Cook up meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
- Monitor progress, identify barriers, and escalate issues before they become bigger problems.
- Support new program implementation, organizational initiatives, and special projects.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
