Operations Consulting - Sourcing & Procurement - Coupa - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC’s operations consulting specialists provide services to optimise operational efficiency and effectiveness. In sourcing and procurement, you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop operational strategies
• Offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance
• Work closely with clients to analyse sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions
• Build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others
• Anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality
• Embrace increased ambiguity and use it as opportunities to grow

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead the design of modules within Coupa, identifying gaps, and developing business and technical requirements
• Experience in Project Management activities, including work plan development, status meetings, and supporting leadership communications and presentations
• Ability to oversee junior staff and provide guidance and coaching to ensure their development and success on engagements
• Experience in providing fact-based insights based on data sets to support recommendations
• Experience in guiding client leadership and staff in support of a leading practice system
• Experience in overseeing system build and testing activities, supplier enablement activities, and coordinating with Change Management teams
• Experience in providing oversight and guidance to system build and testing activities, and overseeing hypercare activities
• Experience in motivating others, including staff and client personnel
• Experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa
• Experience in CLM-A, Risk modules, Coupa Pay and Coupa Expenses
• Understanding of system architecture and benefits of different ERP systems and their connectivity with Coupa

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
