About the role

PwC’s operations consulting specialists provide services to optimise operational efficiency and effectiveness. In sourcing and procurement, you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on relationships, building meaningful client connections and inspiring others.
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver quality work.
  • Manage and navigate increasingly complex situations with comfort, asking questions and using them as growth opportunities.
  • Lead the design of modules within Coupa, identifying gaps, and developing business and technical requirements.
  • Oversee junior staff, guiding and coaching them for success.
  • Provide fact-based insights based on data, and communicate strategic and operational procurement practices.
  • Oversee supplier enablement activities, including change management and communications.
  • Coordinate with change management teams during system deployment, including training and go-live readiness.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for system build and testing activities.
  • Oversee hypercare activities and address unexpected post-go-live issues.
  • Communicate firm understanding of both strategic and operational procurement practices, guiding client leadership and staff.
  • Develop and present insights and improvements to current tool sets.
  • Motivate staff and client personnel, including those in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in leading the design of modules within Coupa.
  • Experience in identifying gaps and developing business and technical requirements.
  • Experience in leading Project Management activities.
  • Experience in overseeing junior staff and providing guidance and coaching.
  • Experience in providing fact-based insights based on data.
  • Experience in communicating strategic and operational procurement practices.
  • Experience in overseeing supplier enablement activities, including change management and communications.
  • Experience in coordinating with change management teams during system deployment.
  • Experience in overseeing system build and testing activities.
  • Experience in providing oversight and guidance for system build and testing activities.
  • Experience in overseeing hypercare activities and addressing unexpected post-go-live issues.
  • Experience in motivating staff and client personnel, including those in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa.
  • Experience in developing and presenting insights and improvements to current tool sets.
  • Experience in motivating others, including staff and client personnel.
  • Experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa.
  • Experience in CLM-A, Risk modules, Coupa Pay, and Coupa Expenses.
  • Experience in understanding system architecture and the benefits of different ERP systems and their connectivity with Coupa.
  • Experience in motivating others, including staff and client personnel.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
