This position is responsible for supporting system enhancements through test case development, Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), defect management, training, and deployment support. The ideal candidate will understand business processes and application functionality, effectively communicate system changes, and help ensure successful implementation of operational technology solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute test scripts, test cases, and user stories.Conduct Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) in lab and field environments.Document testing results and defects using Jira or other development tracking tools.Research and assist with production issue resolution.Coordinate and support application deployments, both remotely and onsite with Distribution Centers.Understand and communicate business impacts related to new functionality, user stories, and defects.Manage Jira epics, user stories, and defects throughout sprint cycles.Maintain and manage the team's knowledge base and testing/training documentation.Develop and document workflows for current and future business processes.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design.Create functional requirements documents, use cases, interface designs, and other project documentation.Recommend system enhancements to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.Develop and deliver training materials and end-user support as needed.Assist application support and operations teams with ongoing business initiatives.Perform other related duties as required.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or equivalent related work experience required.1-2 years of related experience preferred.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SQL Developer required.Knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, tools, and processes required.Experience supporting development and testing cycles for operational systems preferred.Technical and IT background preferred.Shipping and logistics industry experience preferred.REQUIREMENTS/SKILLSExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.PHYSICAL DEMANDSPhysical demands are consistent with a professional office setting.Regular sitting at workstation for 25 – 75% of the work shift.Frequent standing and walking.Travel required (up to 15%).As a leading logistics company in one of the fastest growing industries, at DHL eCommerce, we offer our employees, and their dependents benefits and incentives to make them successful at work and home.Competitive PayBonus ProgramsRetirement Savings - 401k with company matchMedical, Dental, Vision, Well-being programsFSA/HSA availabilityTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off including vacation and sick timeCompany Paid Holidays and Floating HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Discount ProgramEmployee Assistance & Work Life ProgramShort Term and Long-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceTo be considered for this role, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.Annual Salary of $67,200 - $75,600. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role.
