Responsibilities

• Support store sales productivity and customer service by processing all inventory transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of store goals and abide by all retail policies and procedures.
• Assure merchandise is represented on the sales floor according to company standards and update the store team regarding new deliveries.
• Communicate product stock level issues and defects to management as appropriate.
• Complete weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies, submitting adjustments in a timely manner.
• Daily monitoring of consignment and negative reports.
• Report and follow up with IT and corporate office on unresolved service tickets for store equipment and software.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments via store/RPro and FedEx/UPS, ensuring merchandise is verified and received within 24 hours and handled with care.
• Follow all store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom at all times, shifting stock as needed for sales colleagues.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning procedures to ensure the department and store meet company standards.
• Display leadership qualities by helping develop newly acquired staff in understanding job requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Daily monitor and process orders via the online platform.

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday.
• Repetitive and regular lifting of up to 70 lbs.
• Repetitive climbing up and down stairs and ladders.
• Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Pay

$18–$20 per hour.
