Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Service - Work quickly and efficiently to provide excellent customer service.
- Executes pricing and signing - Change ticket prices and sign merchandise accurately and swiftly.
- Replenish and restock the store - Ensure merchandise levels are maintained to meet customer needs.
- Receive and unload merchandise - Assist in unloading trucks and organizing merchandise in the backroom.
- Backroom standards - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
- Omnichannel - Contribute to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
- Merchandise strategy - Implement merchandising plans communicated by leadership.
- Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers and training materials.

Requirements
At least 1-2 years of retail experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.
Skills
Excellent communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; attention to detail; knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
