Operations Associate - Thompson Hill S/C

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Working around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing - Changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store - Assisting sales floor peers and leaders in pulling and preparing merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Working with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel - Contributing to omni-channel efforts such as Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy - Executing plans communicated by leadership on merchandise placement throughout the store while maintaining merchandising standards.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorbing new information from peers or training materials related to merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of retail experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

USD $15.00/Hr - USD $18.75/Hr.
