Operations Associate - Richmond Centre

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Working around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing - Changing ticket prices and signing merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store - Ensuring merchandise is available on the sales floor by pulling and preparing items.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Unloading trucks and organizing merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel - Contributing to online and in-store fulfillment processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy - Executing merchandising plans communicated by leadership, ensuring goods are placed correctly and efficiently.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorbing new information from peers or training materials related to merchandise, safety, productivity, and other business processes.
