Operations Associate - Part Time

Store location: 4511 N Midkiff Rd, Midland, TX 79705, United States. Part-time hourly position (15–29 hrs/week).

About the role

As an Operations Associate, you’ll be the backbone of the store—ensuring smooth, efficient operations that support an exceptional client experience. From inventory management to visual merchandising, your attention to detail and proactive mindset will help keep everything running beautifully.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards, follow company policies, and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Meet scheduling requirements, including availability during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays) and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Strong client focus and ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$19.80 – $22.90/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on relevant qualifications, experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
