About the role
As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple product initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and product development processes is a plus.
