Operations Associate - Northridge Mall

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Working with customers to provide assistance and answer questions.
• Executes pricing and signing - Changing ticket prices and signing merchandise.
• Replenish and restock the store - Assisting in ensuring all merchandise is available for customers.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Unloading trucks and preparing merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel - Contributing to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
• Merchandise strategy - Executing plans for merchandise placement based on leadership directives.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorbing new information from peers or training materials.
