Operations Associate - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with required availability during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays). Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.

• Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
• Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Strong client focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$16.60 - $19.30/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications, experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
