Operations Associate - Flagstaff Mall

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Working with customers to provide assistance and answer questions.
• Executes pricing and signing - Changing ticket prices and signing merchandise.
• Replenish and restock the store - Assisting peers and leaders in pulling and preparing merchandise.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Unloading trucks and preparing merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel - Contributing to omni-channel efforts such as Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy - Executing plans communicated by leadership on merchandise placement.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorbing new information from peers or training materials.

Work experience

• 1-2 years retail experience required.

Pay Range

USD $18.50/Hr - USD $23.13/Hr.
