Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Service - Work quickly and efficiently to assist customers with questions and requests.
- Executes pricing and signing - Change ticket prices and sign merchandise accurately and promptly.
- Replenish and restock the store - Ensure merchandise levels are maintained to meet customer needs.
- Receive and unload merchandise - Collaborate with colleagues to unload trucks and organize merchandise.
- Backroom standards - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
- Omnichannel - Contribute to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
- Merchandise strategy - Implement merchandising plans communicated by leadership.
- Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers or training materials.
