Operations Associate
About the role
This entry-level position supports day-to-day business operations while working closely with customers, coworkers, and onsite leadership. Setting: On site. Style: Interactive, collaborative and customer-facing. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational workflows
- Coordinate routine requests and internal handoffs
- Interact directly with customers or onsite partners as needed
- Track tasks, updates, and operational issues
Requirements
Entry-level fit: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment.
Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
