Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the Operations Associate is to support survey production and data collection across multiple methodologies. This role covers the full lifecycle of the mail survey process. You will:

• Print and quality-check surveys
• Prepare and process surveys using specialized equipment
• Open, scan, and review surveys as they come back in
• Participate in process reviews and other specialized projects to improve customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Hand/eye coordination and visual acuity
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for the majority of the scheduled shift

The work is performed primarily in a standing and active environment.

Pay

In the spirit of pay transparency, the hourly range for this position is $18–$22.50 an hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on skills, education, and experience, with consideration for internal pay equity. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical to allow for future salary growth.
