Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and service-oriented Part Time, Operations Associate at our Charleston location. With an undeniable passion for ensuring seamless back-of-house efficiency, you will play a crucial role in delivering a refined luxury experience for our worldly clientele.

Job Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Inventory Management: Supporting the team with the inventory lifecycle, from organization and cycle counts to adjustments, inter-store transfers, and the shipping/receiving process.
• Exceptional Client Services Support: Ensuring the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise, and expertly managing all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking.
• Store Facility & Systems Maintenance: Collaborating with management to assist with the maintenance of the store facility, ensuring the organization of all back-of-house areas, and supporting overall store appearance.
• Financial & Policy Adherence: Assisting with budget management, enforcing cash/credit card policies, and ensuring strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
• Client Care & Aftersales Coordination: Facilitating the smooth flow of repairs and alterations, providing a superior client experience for services, and maintaining supplies for in-store repairs.
