Responsibilities

  • Ensure office needs are met and office processes run smoothly
  • Address operations issues and needs from staff in a timely manner
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees
  • Support Human Resources and establish and uphold a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Lead on office management: Coordinating office supplies, stocking campaign merchandise, other office upkeep
  • Manage processes for communication between staff and the Operations Department
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Deputy Operations Director

Qualifications

  • Some experience on campaigns or in political organizations is required
  • Experience managing many competing workflows
  • Customer service mindset: extremely thoughtful in interactions with stakeholders with a problem solving attitude
  • Able to manage several tasks/projects at the same time while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and good follow-through on tasks
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites
  • Must have a drivers license and access to reliable vehicle

Pay

$4,500/month. This position will come with benefits, including dental, vision and health insurance.

Schedule

The Operations Associate is based in Atlanta, GA and works full time in-office.
