What You'll Do

  • Aid the Human Resources Team in conducting internal audits of care homes
  • Keep up-to-date employee and resident rosters
  • Update records for new placements, transfers, and terminations
  • Inform management when performance evaluations are due
  • Coordinate upcoming CPI, CPR, Recipient Rights trainings, and TB tests
  • Handle required licensing paperwork for residents (initial and annual)
  • Support resident move-in and move-out processes
  • Deliver annual training sessions for care homes
  • Maintain employee files and resident FIN/SharePoint records
  • Respond to documentation requests for external audits
  • Perform annual ICHAT, National Registry, and State Registry checks
  • Conduct monthly OIG/SAM background checks
  • Carry out monthly MVR/ELD checks
  • Assist with orientation activities and front desk support
  • Take on additional duties assigned by management

  • Professional communication skills
  • Comfort working with confidential information
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, human resources, operations, or compliance is a plus
