What You'll Do
- Aid the Human Resources Team in conducting internal audits of care homes
- Keep up-to-date employee and resident rosters
- Update records for new placements, transfers, and terminations
- Inform management when performance evaluations are due
- Coordinate upcoming CPI, CPR, Recipient Rights trainings, and TB tests
- Handle required licensing paperwork for residents (initial and annual)
- Support resident move-in and move-out processes
- Deliver annual training sessions for care homes
- Maintain employee files and resident FIN/SharePoint records
- Respond to documentation requests for external audits
- Perform annual ICHAT, National Registry, and State Registry checks
- Conduct monthly OIG/SAM background checks
- Carry out monthly MVR/ELD checks
- Assist with orientation activities and front desk support
- Take on additional duties assigned by management
