If you're sharp, organized, and care about doing things right, that matters more than a specific title you've held before.The roleFollow up with customers who've cancelled bookings to understand why — and spot patterns worth flagging.Get on the phone with agency admins (and sometimes guards) to coach them through their stats and how to improve.Collect and validate documentation, keeping anything expiring up to date.Handle some inbound and outbound calls, including margin calls.Validate guard timesheets for accuracy, and occasionally push on accounts receivableWork with agencies to grow the number of guards they put on the platform, and train them to use it well.Own milestone conversations — recognize guards and agencies hitting big milestones and build the relationship along the way.Who you areGreat attitude, consummate problem solver and real eye for detail.Comfortable being on the phone and in email with agency admins.4-6 years of experience in operations, account management, training, or customer service — ideally at a tech/software company with an offline or physical-world component.Organized enough to keep a lot of moving pieces straight without letting things slip.Bonus: genuinely excited about finding ways to automate manual work.
