Operations Associate

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Operations Associate to support equipment setup, warehouse operations, and equipment delivery support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring equipment is assembled, tested, and prepared correctly so our customers have a positive experience from the moment their equipment arrives.
As an essential business, our performance directly supports critical regional infrastructure, including healthcare, education, and commercial organizations. This position contributes directly to customer satisfaction and operational success by ensuring equipment is prepared accurately, delivered safely, and installed professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assembly, configuration, testing, and preparation of new and pre-owned copier and printer equipment
- Daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, pulling orders, packaging shipments, counting inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse
- Support for equipment deliveries when needed, including assisting with loading, unloading, transporting, staging, and positioning equipment at customer locations
Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable for completing assigned responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning technical equipment setup skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds periodically throughout the day
- Ability to safely operate in warehouse environments and work around material handling equipment
- Ability to perform receiving, stocking, pulling, shipping, and inventory count activities accurately
Qualifications
- Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or technical experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred

- Ability to navigate computer systems and software applications effectively

Pay
Starts at $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Standard schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
A cell phone reimbursement plan is provided for approved business use.
Work pants (not jeans) and appropriate work footwear are required.
