Operations Assistant, Tanger Riverhead

Responsibilities

• Supporting entire sales team with expediting stock for stylists and assisting with client appointments
• Delivers memorable in-store experiences to all clients
• Maintains deep connections with clients and drives repeat business
• Sets and maintains a client base to support the boutique's sales goals
• Processes store transfers, RTV’s, and client send sales
• Provides updates to stylists and management on stock and transfer arrivals
• Follows up with any alterations and repairs
• Assists with stock room maintenance and organization

Desired Background

• Associate’s degree or higher
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury retail environment

• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Elevated interpersonal and communication skills for exceptional client service
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a client-focused mentality
• Foreign language skills a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Climb stairs/ladders occasionally
• Bend or kneel to access merchandise
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment
• Constant communication and visual focus required
• Occasionally lift, carry, or move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 lbs.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
