Operations Assistant (Seasonal)

About the role

This is a seasonal position supporting our 2027 PGA Championship - Fields Ranch (East Course) at PGA Frisco (Texas). Operations Assistants will help the PGA Championship Operations Staff in the construction, daily operation and deconstruction of the Championship. While on-site at PGA Frisco, you will get a “behind the scenes glimpse” of a major golf championship.

• 4/26/2027 - 6/2/2027

Responsibilities

• Trailer placement
• Furniture distribution
• Floral maintenance
• Painting
• Wind screening
• Organizing and unloading deliveries
• Assisting vendors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic; most jobs are labor intensive
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to make informed decisions
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Must be able to work long hours, outdoors, and weekends
• Must act professionally as a representative of the PGA Championship staff
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Must provide own transportation
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Pay & benefits

• Paid position on a temporary basis
• A PGA housing option may be offered if available (Operations Assistants may be responsible for all or part of the housing cost)
• Lunch, beverages and Championship uniforms provided for each working day
