Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) - Principal Financial Analyst - P3 - (Onsite)

About the role

The Raytheon Finance Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) organization is seeking a motivated and experienced OSC Finance Analyst in McKinney, TX, Tucson, AZ, Forest, MS or Andover, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly EAC processes, including gathering inputs, updating APEX, preparing presentations, conducting variance analysis, and assessing risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial forecasts, LREs, and monitor actual costs, explaining variances to plans.
• Ensure adherence to EVM policies for programs, including BOM traceability, production labor, and support labor processes.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Collaborate frequently with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Program Finance teams.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Relevant experience is working in finance operations or finance analysis.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions such as PowerBI, power query, Tableau and/or data analytics.
