This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who’s analytical, process-driven, and passionate about building strong provider networks that deliver high-quality virtual care. Veterinarian Recruitment & Onboarding Own the end-to-end process of recruiting, screening, and hiring veterinarians to join our telemedicine platformCreate strong and effective sourcing strategiesManage interviews and offer process along with credential checksLead the onboarding process for new vets to ensure seamless integration into our systems and workflowsCreate robust, scalable and automated onboarding processesContinuously refine recruitment and onboarding workflows to improve speed, quality, and experience Vet Performance & Operational Analytics Track, analyze, and report on key vet performance metrics for vetsIdentify trends and outliers, and work with leadership to drive performance improvements for vets. Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools in collaboration with analytics and product teams Requirements 2–4 years of experience in operations, talent acquisition, healthcare recruiting, or a related fieldExcellent project management and organizational skills, detail-oriented with a proactive, process-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPassion for animals and enthusiasm for veterinary telemedicine is a plusExperience recruiting licensed medical professionals or working in a telehealth or healthcare environment is a plus $65,000 - $95,000 a year We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
