Operations Analyst – Trade Finance

What’s the Job?

Process Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections from issuance through settlement.

Examine trade documents against ICC rules including UCP, URC, and ISBP.

Investigate and resolve document discrepancies and transaction issues.

Analyze operational workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.

Maintain accurate records and support reporting in a high-volume environment.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in Trade Finance Operations with strong knowledge of Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections.
• Understanding of ICC Rules (UCP, URC, ISBP) and trade finance regulations.
• Experience with workflow optimization, operations analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and risk management skills.
