How You'll Make an Impact
- Order Optimization / Allocation: Own day-to-day order allocation decisions, monitor open orders and shortages, partner with Sales, Order Management, and Planning teams, provide sales with cancellation and inventory availability reporting.
- Supply Management: Monitor inbound supply, inventory availability, and lead times, collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning, execute purchase order revisions, manage purchase order updates, provide warehouse visibility, execute distribution work orders, act as US Retail liaison.
- Reporting and Process Improvement: Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboards, provide clear, actionable reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners, identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or analytics
- Understanding of inventory management, supply constraints, and order fulfillment
- Energetic self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Analytical / genuine curiosity
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the proven ability to analyze data to recognize and action on potential disruptions in the supply chain, solve problems, and support decisions with data
- Must be capable of managing multiple competing objectives simultaneously while hitting critical time-sensitive deadlines accurately and reliably
- Well versed in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or data visualization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics
