Operations Analyst, Senior- WAX 1.4.03

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support the Plans and Programs Division at AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage special projects, and assist with various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Advises senior leaders on special projects support
• Reviews and advises on sensitive issues concerning policies and procedures
• Collects and measures division requirements
• Develops and presents reports on studies and project status
• Provides rationale and coordinates with multiple parties
• Establishes and maintains master files and file plans
• Assists in processing nomination and recognition packages
• Supports special projects and performs special assignments
• Administers travel orders and vouchers
• Maintains knowledge of DTS and updates division personnel on its usage

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• GED and at least five years of relevant experience, five of which must be in the DoD

Qualifications

Experience in the DoD, specifically in the area of fighter and advanced aircraft modernization and sustainment is preferred. Knowledge of systems such as AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER, ETMS2(TMT), MICT, and PMRT is required.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Familiarity with DoD policies and procedures is beneficial.
