Operations Analyst, Centralized Operations
About the role
The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Centralized Operations team. The entry-level Operations Analyst provides technical and function support to account users. You will interact with accounting and other operations teams and development groups internally, as well as externally with clients and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work a consistent scheduled from 12:00PM to 8:00PM.
- Assist with security master setups and asset data maintenance resolving daily exceptions that arise;
- Aid in automated trade file processes;
- Support with implementing new clients;
- Research and process corporate actions and dividend income for IMS clients.
- Manage the documentation of processes and procedures relating to individual client needs;
- Communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support when necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries.
- Participate in the testing of new releases/system enhancements.
Qualifications
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Internship experience preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
- Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.

- A drive to broaden one’s knowledge of the financial services industry by learning new concepts and systems and taking the initiative to apply it to daily work assignments.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
