About the role
The Operations Analyst is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on critical cost performance measurements and operation efficiency metrics. This role will identify areas for improvement, recommend improvement initiatives, and track the incorporation of the improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation & variance analysis of monthly operations expenses
- Generate weekly and monthly Operations metrics, including data gathering and entry; reports include Annual Operating Budget, Monthly Operating Forecast, Monthly Financial and efficiency metrics
- Audit and confirm the validity and accuracy of all data being reported
- Create, monitor, and maintain metrics and key performance indicators, identifying resulting risks and opportunities
- Assess future risk, opportunities, and effectiveness; translate results into meaningful solutions to enhance decision-making; present findings to various levels of leadership
- Perform cost/benefit analysis for various projects, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
Qualifications
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs

Pay
Average salary range of $65,000 - $82,000 per year plus bonus potential. Final offer will be determined based on a candidate's education, skills, and experience.
