Responsibilities
- Develop and implement crop management strategies
- Monitor soil health and nutrient levels
- Manage pest and disease control programs
- Collaborate with farmers to optimize planting and harvesting schedules
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural management
- Knowledge of crop science and agronomic practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with farm management software
