Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support operational processes across company, supply chain, quality, logistics, and customer support functions, ensuring compliance with established procedures and governance.
- Track operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to improve execution efficiency and business outcomes.
- Aid in developing scalable operational workflows, tools, and infrastructure to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
- Coordinate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Operating Plan (QOP) activities, including schedule management, data consolidation, and progress tracking.
- Prepare operational reports, metrics, and management review materials to support business planning and decision-making.
- Track cross-functional action items and ensure timely completion of commitments and deliverables.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply-demand balancing activities.
- Analyze sales, inventory, supply, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to operational readiness planning for new products, customers, and business initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison among Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- Facilitate communication, issue resolution, and alignment across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Proactively escalate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, program coordination, or semiconductor-related industries.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ERP/MRP systems.
