Operations Admin II
Minimum Education
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience is required; experience in dock operations or distribution center settings is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- General business skills including typing, data entry, and review;
- Data entry and review;
- Use of phone, copier, and fax;
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications;
- Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests;
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimal travel required. Preferred qualifications include:
- Pay Transparency: Pay: $17.63 - $27.34/hr
