About the role
The Operations Admin II position requires two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience. Experience in dock operations or distribution center settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests
- Perform data entry and review tasks
- Use Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
- Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in daily assignments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimal travel required
Qualifications
- General business skills including typing, data entry, and use of office equipment
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Customer service skills to respond professionally to requests
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills for a fast-paced environment
