Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and technical support to analyze OT&E data, components, and test planning.
- Support includes development of objectives, test matrices, measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, effectiveness criteria, data collection sheets, run cards, and surveys.
- Maintain the following: Watch Item List, Deficiency Report List, Operational Flight Program (OFP) lineage, Software notes, Software Change Request (SCR) documentation, Software requirements list.
- Use the above to update test objectives, test run cards, document test results, and draft/submit deficiency reports.
- These documents shall be kept updated for test planning, mission planning, data analysis, test reporting, and mission debriefing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
- Minimum five (5) years of Air Force engineering experience.
- Minimum two (2) Years Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Test Experience, preferably RPA Operational Test.
- DAA Engineering level II/practitioner or equivalent certification.
- DAA Test level II/practitioner or equivalent certification.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record, able to drive company vehicle.
- Current US Government Clearance.
- Able to obtain and maintain Top Secret Government Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in related field.

Physical Demands

- Frequent use of hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms; talking, hearing and seeing (up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the abilities to adjust focus).
- Sometimes walk or stand; occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Occasionally work in industrial and outdoor environments where temporary exposure to extreme cold and heat, and dust is expected.
