About the role
Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality products
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure code quality
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product success
- Continuously improve processes and practices through agile practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of software development best practices
- Understanding of software testing principles and practices
