Operational Technology Analyst - The Toro Company

About the role

The Operational Technology (OT) Security Analyst plays a key role in strengthening and expanding The Toro Company's OT cybersecurity program across global manufacturing operations. This position involves enhancing visibility and monitoring of OT assets, systems, and network activity, partnering with operations, engineering, and IT teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, supporting OT network segmentation, secure remote access, and protection of critical manufacturing infrastructure, assisting with OT incident response activities, investigations, and continuous improvement of security processes, and contributing to the development and expansion of TTC's global OT cybersecurity program and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Enhance visibility and monitoring of OT assets, systems, and network activity across manufacturing environments.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks impacting industrial systems.
• Support OT network segmentation, secure remote access, and protection of critical manufacturing infrastructure.
• Aid in OT incident response activities, investigations, and continuous improvement of security processes.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of TTC's global OT cybersecurity program and governance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, IT infrastructure, industrial systems, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience supporting OT, ICS, SCADA, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of industrial control systems, cybersecurity principles, and network security concepts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Industrial Control Systems (ICS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operational environments.
• Experience with OT security monitoring, asset discovery, vulnerability management, or risk assessment.
• SCADA Fence.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or related cybersecurity credentials.
• Experience supporting OT security initiatives, incident response, or industrial network segmentation projects.
• Ability to travel globally as business needs require >20%.
