About the role

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you will be at the heart of our rental operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities
• Serving customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction, collecting feedback, and maintaining high service standards
• Overseeing fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing routine checks, and assisting with driving and staging to ensure fleet efficiency and presentation
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions while collaborating across teams to support daily operations and planning

Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Full-time availability with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and technical skills with basic computer proficiency
• A strong background in customer service and passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
