Operational Supervisor - Assembly

About the Role

We’re looking for hands-on Assembly Supervisors to lead activities in our production environment. In this role, you’ll lead employee performance on the floor while maintaining all safety, quality, and productivity standards. You’ll build and maintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees, provide clear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will balance operational demands with employee development, keeping production moving while ensuring the team’s success.

Opportunities are available for both of our night shifts: weekdays (Monday–Thursday) and weekends (Friday–Sunday).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership in Assembly or a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred (not required)
• Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a team
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
