Operational Policy Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for analyzing existing and potential product/service markets, with a job grade of 5 and a career area in Retail Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have six years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in an associated field of study and four years of related experience. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required. Preferred majors include Business Administration and Business Management.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

This is an onsite role at the HQ in Dallas, Texas, with no remote or telework options available. PCS is authorized for eligible associates, and relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data on established and prospective customers and competitors
• Prepares reports that interpret current and potential market potential
• Investigates methods, costs of distribution, and advertising
• Interprets and applies organization policy
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay

The minimum salary for this role is $91,181.00
