The Operational Maintenance Manager I oversees preventative maintenance and material handling equipment at a distribution center. Responsibilities Include Managing a small maintenance team, directing workflow, training, and monitoring performanceScheduling and executing preventive maintenance for facility and equipmentDiagnosing equipment failures and coordinating repairs to reduce downtimeDeveloping annual budgets for utilities, spare parts, and maintenance contractsAssessing equipment efficiency and coordinating upgrades with vendors Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management (preferred)At least 5 years of experience in automated distribution warehouse operationsTechnical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systemsAbility to troubleshoot automated systems with PLCs and microprocessorsExperience in preventive maintenance and disaster planningProficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and building automation systems knowledge are a plus
