Responsibilities
- Manage a team of developers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices in software development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development management
- Proven track record of successfully leading software development projects
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
